Request Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your SwipeBaito account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the SwipeBaito app on your device.
  2. Go to Profile -> Settings (top right corner).
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete My Account".
  4. Confirm your decision when prompted. Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

If you no longer have access to the app, you can also submit a deletion request by emailing us at terako.mtl@gmail.ca from the email address associated with your account.

What Data Is Deleted vs. Retained

Profile (name, bio, photo, shift preferences) Deleted Within 30 days
Swipe history and matches Deleted Within 30 days
Chat messages Deleted Within 30 days
Login credentials (email, password) Deleted Within 30 days
Transaction and payment records Retained 7 years (legal/tax requirement)
Anonymized usage analytics Retained Indefinitely (non-identifiable)
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All active matches and conversations will be lost. If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account.
